I managed to use my pokemon from GB to N64 but i don't know how to overite the saves so they stay where they have been placed. Is it possible to actually use stadiums PCs properly for storage and transfer (and retriving the reward pokemons you get at the end)

Other emulators can be used via PC as well. mGBA and a specific fork of VBA allows you to experience these as well. They can be a bit finicky requiring SRAM patches on at least 2 of them. Obviously the most "authentic" experience is getting a GB Operator and writing the distribution ROMs to a blank cart and using a second GBA and a link cable, but not everyone can do that these days. Experience it how you want but know that there are options for whatever you want to do.
