SM Audio started out in 1996 from humble beginnings, out of a car port in Pelican Park by Sujeet Morar. Having basic carpentry skills, Sujeet decided to try his hand at building sub-woofer boxes, the very first one for his opposite neighbour with 2 x 8" subs with a black vinyl covering and gold beading, did those 8" boom.

Today, SM audio finds itself as one of the most favoured, respected and leading car audio installers in the Western Cape.
