Unfortunately, your profile does not import into Cura version 5.9. Is there a printable version to manually enter in all the necessary parameters? Your profile file contains Chinese characters that are not translatable. I was able to get a lot from your video, but none of the Material, Speed, Travel, Cooling, Build Pate Adhesion, etc.., parameters were shown during the video. The error from the import is> Failed to import profile from n4p-tpu-cura-profile.curaprofile: "Quality type 'normal' is not compatible with the current active machine definition 'elegoo neptune 4'

Can you possibly test build plates for hard to print materials such as Nylon, ASA and Polycarbonate?

It seems this no longer works. I have followed this as well as other guides and all fail and end up semi-bricking the printer. If you have it running on new firmware maybe do an updated guide

You do not need to remove the side panel. Home to Z Axis first. Then adjust via removing the bottom cover and release tension from belt to remove and then using very small movements the front right and front left Z screws. Then reattach the belt and do the self-alignment and check the bed mesh. Repeat the process until within 0.2 parameters. Using spacers puts improper stress on the bed connection points. If your bed is actually warped then replace it and do the correct process for absolute Z balance point.

I prefer to mount the reels of filament on the wall above the printer so the mass isn't high on the printer while the print head is moving, possibly causing flex in the z axis extrusions, but this is still a nice upgrade, particularly for people who print slowly (TPU) or print flat parts close to the bed where flexing upright extrusions isn't a problem.

I can manage klipper from the serial port, what would be the name or address to place it in the browser.

as of 3/1/25 tried this and it wouldn't uninstall, just kept freezing in the putty prompt. went to Elegoos website and downloaded the software pack. unzipped it and put the fix folder on a usb. plugged it in and turned the printer back on. it did its thing and now the printer is up and running again as normal. printer is on V1.2.2.64

Thank you! I printed some 95A TPU on my Neptune 4 Plus without any issue. Printed perfect! Swapped to 85A TPU and it won't extrude. The extruder will grab and push the TPU through...then stop. I assume I need to adjust the tension screw on the drive gears. Do you agree?

Fantastic video! Saved me a major headache after I made the mistake of pushing update Klipper in Fluidd. Little did I know the Elegoo Klipper is not the same. Only place online I was able to find a fix. Only suggestion: the part about the sudo fix in the moonraker script was not clear. Took me a few minutes to realize you had to mc into the files and go to that location and execute the command.

Hi poster, I have a question~ What's different the Silicon spacer and Spring that between the bed and frame. It's mean why you choice the silicon spacer not the spring.

This was so helpful. Could you please explain how to remove the filament though? When it pauses I go into settings and hit unload button but it doesn't do anything. I tried manually pulling the filament out but this didn't feel right.

If I have 6 colors, how do I know which filament to put in next? It's not always 1-6 repeated.

Funktioniert. Ich habe aber gemerkt dass der CPU auf 65°C ist und nach der Aktivierung erhöhte sich etwas die Prozessorlast und er hat die Temperatur dann zwischen 68 und 69°C eingepegelt. Also 4-5°C mehr Temperatur. Der Gehäuselüfter lief aber auch nicht, den könnte man eigentlich permanent etwas laufen lassen, der Netzteillüfter läuft ja auch die ganze Zeit, da macht das auch nicht mehr viel.

hello my name is George I'm watching your videos its very helpful I have a problem on my Neptune 4 pro everything is working good except the nozzle heat when i tur the machine the nozzle temperature shows -40 degrees when i heat it up a massage shows up ask me to verify _ heater section in docs/config_ reference.md for the parameters that control this check once the issue corrected use the firmware _ restart command to reset the firmware .please if you can help will be great thank you

Hi bro, when I'm trying to execute the command "systemctl start webcamd", the execution failed. Check the log file I see the error "/usr/local/bin/webcamd: line 129: vcgencmd: command not found". Please help on that. Thanks

I had unscrewed the screws of my neptune 4 plus device and this video was very helpful when I was putting it back together, it was useful for me to indicate the location of the big and small screws.

Step 1 - get the EMMC reader for the chip re-flashing. Step 2 - downloading Rasberry Pi Imager (free) Step 3 - downloading the image, using Goolge Chrome (auto-translate) to visit this page - around 5 GB

luckily it only takes 5 screws for the smaller versions of Neptune 4 and 4 Pro

Just a note, if you don't remove any of the extruded filament then the shake normally sorts it out, the urge to grab it is high though. I have not tried multicolor yet but I am going to print your extra spool arm and sensor mount and give it a go soon.
