The most prettiest opening for a start to a lovely franchise! Even Fire Emblem wishes to have that charm.
I was actually new to the series when I found this translation. I gave it a try and loved it. Looking forward to the translation of the second game :3
The Restored mod is a lifesaver for the players who love the first Yakuza, like myself! And people not appreciating the PS2 games with the Restored mods is kind of insulting.
While I agree that old heads like me and you who've been with the series since the originals, would greatly enjoy these types of projects. I understand why newcomers might not really be interested.
How do you get the Table Salt? I'm trying to do that heat action next.

You can tell this game improved the combat in comparison to its processor just by looking to the heat moves. One of the best games in the franchise.

How do you fight Mr. Yoh? I've been doing special Grand Prix for like 16 times now. Edit: I was so dumb. I didn't even bother to read the guides carefully and found out that you have to finish the Lotus White request where you have to bring Haruka with you. My bad

This was my first Yakuza game and Yuma my first hostess. Considering how stacked she is all others in the games since have seem lacking somehow.

Nah Kiwami 2 is ok, if you haven't played the originals you don't need to these days. But OG 2 is my second favourite entry :P

I have no idea why but for some reason the woman doesn't spawn at the alley. I've done all the other substories up to Chapter 10 and she won't spawn. I tried reloading the save multiple times but she still won't. Do you know if I'm doing anything wrong?
Hm, she does wander around the area sometimes so maybe she's a bit further behind Kotobuki Pharmacy. Other than that I'm not sure. Maybe get into some fights as well. Sometimes you need a certain number to unlock things in the older games.

Who thought this was a good idea? The only way I managed to do it was with save states in a emulator, and it was the only time I used save states in the whole game. Man, why most minigames have to always be such a pain to complete in the series?
I know how you feel. But I can promise it is possible, I made this video proving it after all ; ) Still a pain though.

Ngl i genuinely loved this sub-story because it show us how morally grey Kiryu can be. sure he was good guy but he won't waste his time for helping someone who did not deserve his help. i wish Modern Kiryu can be more like this
As I grew older I realized how morally different Kiryu was while retaining his good nature in a way

Who could've imagine ? That girl simply holds the most expensive and dangerous sword in the game and sells it for 200,000 ienes! I got "Yuzu from Shine" on to do list of side missions and I was wondering why exactly? Thank you very much for this video! It helped me a lot, specially during the options you have to choose when Kazuma talks to her.

How do you get akira to show up? I beat komaki and learned the komaki counter. What exactly do I have to do?

From what I remember, Shogi 2 has three possible turn orders. If he doesn't do as he does in my video, try reloading until he does. Or use HeeroXXXG-01W guide on GameFAQS :3
Hey bro I need your help in completing yakuza 2 side missions called shogi 2 and shogi 1. As you know shogi 2 side mission comes first. I copied every move watching your video but at some time the pieces get change. I don't know about shogikorodo software and i am not from Japan. If you don't mind, will you make a video tutorial on how to complete these two side missions using shogidokoro software on pc. It will be great help and i will really appreciate it. Thanks in advance

Yeah, this is a strange one. I think you need to complete a few others first. Try doing another one, then come back after each one :3
@@goggleboxfairy I've completed all the side mission to this one be avaliable. I've been passing by Park no.3 all the time to do this side mission. But it was only avaliable after I've completed all the others extra missions before this one in Chapter 6, so this was the last one. But one thing is true: In Chapter 6 you earn many weapons. I mean, you buy an automatic pist0l in the mission "suspicious gun" and also, you got a bullet proof and a dagger on this side mission "Found Cell Phone".
You need to complete all the other side missions in Chapter 6 before. This is the last one in Chapter 6.
