I love this stuff! After you create the vision, you get your brain on board with the vision and then calibrate as you go. One of the main parts of calibration is staying tuned in to how you feel about the vision and leaning in to anything you encounter from your backpack along the way. I have an epic course all about visions, getting your brain on board, and calibration. It includes videos and resources which walk you through the steps. A goal is typically very specific and has a set ‘form.’ When you tie your self to a specific ‘form’ and unfolding, you limit the divine and close all the doors of possibility. A vision is focused around the essence of how you desire to feel. It is the feeling of a future version of you that you connect to. When you use visions instead of goals, you keep all doors of possibility open and invite the divine to ‘blow your mind’ with the way things align and come together.

Your brain wants to keep replaying it all but you actually don’t want that since you are ready to move forward. Write out the emotions and reframe them. Reframe the situation and circumstance and then give the whole thing to the divine. You are the storyteller Dewey! You’ve got this!
