This person has a obvious misunderstanding on what the nature of a "right" truly is, a Right is not a social construct. It is something inalienable to all living beings, I have the RIGHT to go to the mountain, and If I perish, so be it. That is what a right is. NOBODY DETERMINES WHAT A "RIGHT" IS. You aren't progressing anyone if that is what you believe in.

I am not sure this Mark Individual is bright enough to see it, But If Rights are a Social Construct, Then so too are these "Obligations", becoming null and void. Nature didn't convey me, or anyone else for that matter. any obligation to "Serve". To Nature, We live, and we die. That's it.

You can't say you have no rights by talking about dying of exposure in nature but then say you have obligations and switch from talking about nature to talking about other humans. Rights are understandings between humans as well. If you have no intrinsic rights between humans then you also have no intrinsic obligations between humans. Let them put on their jacket and shoes and walk to the nearest mountain to demand the obligations others have to them. See? Makes just as much sense.
