Yeah fika is the thing in Sweden, its better at home during winter, put on a blanket have a cup of tea or coffee, eat some sweets and just talk about your day or whatever, the important part is no TV or phones be in the moment. Top advice you gave was, befriend a chef and you will eat like a King/Queen, could not have said it better myself, i used to work in the resturant world, and having 4 friends who are all chefs makes it easy to plan parties, all i have to do is bring something to drink.

4:32 useless trivia: the material of the stairs is called "terazzo." Yes, DK is expensive. When shopping for snacks and food, don't use 7/11. Use discount shops such as Netto, Rema1000 and 365. They are all OK and you will save money. It is not cold in DK, has not been since 1982 (I think), you are just dressing wrong.
