One of two Sailor Uranus image songs written by Megumi Ogata. From something I'd read, she apparently dedicated it "to a green-haired girl," but I'd have to go back and re-read it to be sure I didn't just imagine that.
This song is track 7 on Ogata's CD "MO," and if I'm not mistaken, it's also on Aitai: Passed, and Next, but I don't own that one, so I wouldn't quote me on that. There are also translations of the lyrics online, if you wanted to Google Search them. Or I could go back and type them in this section.
These two are one of my OTP's now, but actually, when I was younger, I didn't like them together, not because I had a problem with them, but because I didn't like Michiru. It was really more of a problem with a few people in her fanbase feeling the need to remind people how "inferior" Ami was and how "stupid" all her fans were. I think it's because of Haruka's feelings for Michiru that I finally warmed up to her, because Haruka has always been a cool character to me, and my second-favorite out of everyone.
When I watched the anime, I always thought it was cool how they never kissed onscreen. They didn't need to. Their relationship was so strong and so well portrayed that they didn't need a kiss to show us that they loved each other. At the same time, I was also happy when they finally got one in the musicals. The reason that's not here is because, first, I don't own that musical (yet) and second, I decided to challenge myself not to use musical clips, and finally, this is Ogata's Haruka, so I wanted to use only her Haruka in the video.
I wish I had better-quality clips for this. I had a few episodes that were subless, but several of the episodes I use have low-quality pictures, and one, though the quality was good, had never-fading subtitles! But I have to work with what I can get, so I hope you'll forgive the quality on some of the clips, and the subtitles. (And there is a reason for my gratuitous Japanese in the second half of the title...)
