It only works with the gateway?
These instructions are only for a TuYa Zigbee gateway. I am not using TuYa. When I put the motor into Zigbee pairing mode (flashing green) it waits eight seconds and then indicates it has paired (long green flash). I do not have time to start searching in my gateway’s app before the Hiladuo motor stops pairing. It should be paired but is not in my Zigbee network. Has this been tested with any other Zigbee hubs?
my app finds the hub but it will not find the rollers. the lights blink green and the hub blinks orange but the app will not find them. very frustrating. any help?
