Assuming I cannot talk to a butcher and must trust package labels in Supermarkets, How can I make sure I am buying chuck ribs since the term short ribs includes chuck ribs and many others? By seeing yours the answer seems obvious "They look big and flat and square like these" but that may not always get me to these ribs.
