Excellent explanation. But i have a suggestion. In some countries Gallons consider it as an imperial gallon, 4.5 liter(especially Dubai DEWA) . Not US Gallon. Pls cross check once again. 👍

very good content. however, two things not clear. flats are specified as 1bhk. will the no. persons differ with size of flat? and most important, does BMC approval of water connection recognizes this calculation and water quantity approved according ly? if that is not so this is a good effort for academics only.

Excellent lecture sir, but I just crossed check the values u selected 8 lamps and you said each lamps will take 100w so that equations answer will be around 11kw, your answer came 3.2kw because you just picked 100w power for all 8 lamps. May be it's wrong please do cross check once, because new comers will be confused if they will also do equations with you. Thanks again to give us precious knowledge regarding our field.🙂
8 lamps * 100watts = 800watts * 4 hrs = 32000watts = 3.2 kw/hrs

What does flats mean
Flat means room or apartment...
Nice effort please go step by step like first water supply pipe sizing, then pump selction then water tank selection etc..
Wrongly calculated .. he added mechnical and electrical kw together
1 TR = 3.5 Kw energy expressed by Evaporator Unit, just like 12000 btu/hr = 3.5 kw
