Because I caught a black racer almost 8' long, and another one about 2 1/2' long in the same yard when I was cutting the place. I know that female fish and snakes are much larger than males, so I'm only guessing by the video that you had a female, or maybe it was because of angles.

​@LaVander-ht9ne I don't think there is nearly as much sexual dimorphism in kingsnakes as there are in some other species. I've found several black kingsnakes around 5 ft. in Indiana. The species is very common in my area. By judging the tail length and hemipenal bulge in this particular specimen, I determined this to be a male. Thanks for the comment, and for watching!

They can be used to hold down the screen on the top of the enclosure. You can also use them for holding wires for lights, waterpump ect. Thanks for watching and hope this helps.

​@@marvellwilliams8881 We haven't put any feeder insects in this terrarium yet, but I think the clips that come with the enclosure are supposed to help with that issue.

We agree. We love cats and have one in our home actually, but in most cases, it's not a good idea to let them run free outside. It's usually a shorter life span for the cats themselves, and they do wreak havoc on native species.

Unser Nachbar ist Bauer, die haben solche Outdoor katze 😂 die scheißen uns manchmal in Garten, mein Opa hat sie anfangs am Schwanz über die Hecke geworfen und irgendwann angefangen sie zu füttern 😂😂
