Great video, either way my game should be playable just if it doesn't have an animation I'll have a random character with arms out lookin all silly. I might be able to make my own cinematic for running.

If you have a less complicated way I would love to know!

Unfortunately I don’t think so. You could import a vending machine model into UEFN. Sketchfab have loads of Fortnite models available: skfb.ly/oPvDo

@@TS1devI don’t know if it can help but I’ll explain my problem : I have multiple vending machines where for each one there is only one weapon. The thing is that I used the « Only Screen » model of the vending machine, but I want to crop the screen for it to fit in a square. I don’t know if it’s clear 😅

I’m not sure about that one. If you want square images I recommend potentially switching to the Conditional button, it’s basically the same. If you want to stick with vending machines, it might be better to ask this question in the Official Fortnite Creative & UEFN Discord server, there are people with a bit more knowledge than me over there who might be able to help!

In 1.0 as far as I know the closest you can get is simply to use the lava from the Lava Tiles gallery. It won’t be custom but still gives the bounce effect (if enabled)

Very late reply sorry I didn’t see your comment! I really ought to update this tutorial if I’m honest. I think you may be using the Grant Item function rather than the Cycle To Random Item function. Make sure to enable Grant on Cycle as well.

⁠@@TS1devYeah I was dumb I first set on « Grant Item » and after I saw it was not random, I used « Grant Item » and also « Cycle To A Random Item » at the same time 😅 But now it’s fixed 👍

I would ask in the Discord. I don’t think there is but the people on there know way more than I do!

That’s the HUD Controller doing that. You could use a class selector to switch players with a customer crosshair to a different class and then set the HUD Controller to only affect this class.

Incredibly late reply I do apologise! That sounds right to me! It’s annoying we can’t apply 2 different classes to the same player, this would be so much easier then.

It might be to close to z 0 axis. Try to move it higher up in the air. This worked for me when the map was completely blue.

You can overwrite, also leaving and rejoin Creative will clear the bar.

Oh, I’ve never seen that before. I’m not too sure how they’ve done it then, there is no already existing tutorials or anything like that either that I could find so it’s being kept a secret for now then!

Unfortunately, I don’t entirely know how you would do that. I can see a potential workaround although this may not work for you: Use a cinematic camera instead: dev.epicgames.com/community/learning/tutorials/6nnD/fortnite-how-to-change-the-aspect-ratio-of-your-cinematics This may limit you depending on what you want to do with this. Sorry and I hope this helps!

I think this is a Creative bug. I haven’t had time to check it but 11 months ago this was a bug, I think it is still broken at the moment.

You can’t at the moment when the camera is active. You’ll have to disable and re-enable the effect when the player aims in, use an input trigger for this

You can make an FOV slider but I don’t think you can make stretched res at the moment.
