I was fortunate to have been one of the students at St Andrew’s in Maghull (88-94) whilst Mr Sands was headmaster and I remember singing those hymns in assembly. Mr Sands was an kind, compassionate and genuinely decent person. Rest In Peace Mr Sands, Thank you for everything you did.

Thank you David, we are in tears at your wonderful sermon. As Mandy’s parents we are biased, of course, and we have to confess to pride, although we have always been proud of her. Our overriding emotion is thankfulness at what our God has done for her and through her. May His blessing be on us all, always.
