@jasminesharp7589 You need to have the materials in your inventory to be able to create more blank rugs at the crafting table. Then you can go to the customize magic tool and see more rugs to customize. Hope this helps!!

I’m not sure why you can’t get into the rift of time. If you have bought the DLC and are still having trouble past this bug I would put a report in with Gameloft.
