Saying that the white skinned people in North-Africa are from Bulgaria is ridiculous, and those telling that are tendencious quirks whose design by now everybody knows and so is exposed. Same concerning saying thatthe Berbers are the descendents of the Romans or others. White skin is the original color of the first Berbers;brown and black came later when the Berbers mixed with other races from the south and the Arabs. Also of course the climate had its effect,which accounts for the different complexions. The white and fair skin comes from the people belonging to the Mediterranean group. They all look the same. When the Romans came there they described the locals as fair, almost like themselves. The same was said by other historians, like the Greek Herodotus. As to the Phoenicians, they have nothing in common with Arabs, whether in race, language, mentality etc, but certain quirks claim they are their kin in race, and by this means(after the direct way failed) they try to find a ruse by which to link the Berbers with yhe Arabs, and this is still more ridiculou, despite the fact that the Poenicians came much later and so you have no reason to speak about either Poenicians or Bulgars. The Berbers now number more than one hundred million people, how many Phoenicians are there in their homeland Lebanon? Today, they are barely 5 million, so how many were they at that distant past? Only a few hundreds came to North-Africa seeking primarily refuge because they escaped fron persecution in their country, and on the other hand they sdked the natives to let them conduct trade with other nations. Phoenicians are very recent comoared with Berbers whose history and civilization extends several thousands into the past. A few years ago, artifacts items have been unearthed, and were found as dating some 2,4 million years back. So there is no reason to hold a comparison between the two people.
