I must ask.. Was it truly T-stat. Not calling anyone a lier just wondering. After 20+ years with Toyota I've replaced maybe 2. If it was the T-stat did you notice if it was an aftermarket one after the replacement? Total get the point of the video because it's 💯% the truth.

They see the cost to do a repair and decide they'd rather have another car payment. I bought one new truck in my life in 1988, 1K for a 4x4 Toyota truck, the next 3 were all cash deals. People have no clue how to save money.

If it’s that much of a pain to replace the thermostat, it probably isn’t cheap to do so. If it costs more than a down payment on a new car off the lot then it’s just a financially smarter idea to get something that is less likely to have issues for less than it would cost to repair something already having issues.

I know the feeling I've been working on vehicles for a good long time. AND I tell you some of these motors and the location of some of the parts that need to be changed it's like they put the cheapest part in a spot that they know you can't get to unless you remove the whole dam engine they are getting on my nerves

How the fuck did you get the bolts out of the sensor that bolt is in with no space and I cannot for the life of me find the last 2 bolts I got the long one out and the positive lead and the clip on one but I can’t get to the last one to save my life
