Abujah still looks like in the 80's no resemblance of modernity talking about central business district I don't see any. What we can see here are mediocre buildings scattered at a long distance. When we say central business district it connotes modern business hub like malls, offices, high rising condos, restaurants, entertainment plaza, park and greeneries which are not found on this video. Abujah was created more than 40 years ago and the progress is unremarkable compared to other south east asian cities just created with 10-15 years where a lively central business district are fully established.
