I felt some type of way about my mom. I loved her, but i also hated her. I always knew i chose my life and my trauma, but i struggled with how i felt about my mom because i wanted to dissolve the hate. In one of my meditations i was shown the moment i became concious and I was in the womb. As soon as i figured out i was "in the mother and it was my mother" i was filled with so much love and excitement. It really helped heal the hate and now when i think of her that love is what i feel.
