Dont worry about the cls. Get either lasers or barrage. The DA is really no good. Hardly anyone has it. Most of us have the SB. Its not about clearing everything. You need to clear only what you need to and flare from er to er.

Don’t be discouraged. Yesterday, I fell into low 18, hitting with 2 HC’s, 4 Grens and 2 Medics, just chest collecting. Went through the penalty node -10 DBD to get Heavies. It helped. Got Bombas and went on a 15x streak, made it into Diamond and even got the 50% TD last night. For you, I would recommend copying a base from a player you trust. Stick with RC’s over Bombas. If you’re skipping the penalty node and getting the Sky Shield before Heavies, get the TD instead of Bombas. The meta is RC’s or Bombas with HC’s, you don’t need both. Commit to the troops you have. You’re gonna hit a push point when you unlock real heavies and can use fewer HC and more RC. 👍 Yesterday i took a brief dip into 18 before unlocking heavies and bombas and pushing back into the low 20s. Can’t wait to unlock the speed juice. 😊. Good luck guys!

Saw a rank 25 on klingklong stream who was running 5 hc and 3 zooka. Think it was knightwada and he nearly got 2min clear on klingklong base. 1 sprinkle kavan to protect zooks at start. Might be worth a try

Mechs were the worst choice you couldve made. Those keys would be huge for the next er. Use HCRC. You will at least be able to get an er or 2. Use art to take out clusters of defenses that you will have to deal with when the hcs are dead. So look ahead before you attack. Spawn 2nd winds as much as possible.

I’ll be going 7 ER with Shock Bombs, but with HC-Zookas. 😳 Go through the penalty node to get Heavies and Bombas tomorrow. If I had your tech, I would very much consider 4 HC and 4 RC. Seems very strong. Then, when you unlock Heavies, go 3 HC’s and 5 RC. Just a thought. Good luck! I’m still rank 19, not falling, but not climbing . . . Until Bombas? 🤞

I was struggling for a while. Last night and today I switched over to 4/4 HC/RC with Bulit. Do I clear the bases? That depends, but my base is holding up and getting me the wins. I only have one loss in my log and moved into 19.

Wish I had better news. Two days ago, I hit diamond with 1/5/2 rifles/grenadiers/medics/Kavan. Today, I'm struggling to hold 19 at 7ER. Zookas are totally worthless at 6ER & 7ER, but tomorrow, I'll unlock the heavies and bombers, then hopefully it's payback time. 6ER & 7ER have pretty much killed my season.

Yesterday, I cracked diamond. Today, I fell out big time. It's rough out there! Hang in there guys.

Congrats on 18! 👍 I'm using a similiar center cluster base and troop loadout as you and it's working well. When I unlocked all the defenses at 6, I was able to push into low 20 before falling out. Now the long climb to 7 begins. 🪖

I chose not to pickup negative node and went all the way to barrage from upper side I am at 20 hope I will make it to top 500

Your damage amp is perfect for that base. Imagine now with DBD! My only suggestion is consider swapping out Flotsam for Simo, in the exact same spot. I don’t know from experience, but other top players have that deployment.

I don’t have RC’s. For whatever reason, 2 HC, 2 Grens, 2 Zookas and 2 Medics got me up almost a full rank, back into low 19. That said, unlocking the DBD node may have helped. Good luck.

You have the hcs, so you should be using HCRC. You have maxed art which you can take out some clusters on compacts. Its mostly keep Kavan alive and 2nd winds.

Stuck in 6ER upper 18 for days. I just never know the right mix of troops to use. 7ER so far away. 😤

Welcome to 6ER! 🤕 Looking good though! I’m using HCs/zookas on the spreads and grenadiers on the compacts with decent results, but I haven’t reached the worst of it yet. I’m planning to skip the penalty node and go around the horn to RLs. Upper 18. Good luck guys 🫡

I was just in a discussion about the multi-node. Most everyone is picked the 2bcs. Also, if your running HCRC, better to skip the rls and head for 7er, shocks and heavies.

Yes, as Phes suggested do not pay for Laser Rangers. Too many keys. Plan your route. The two metas I see are HC/RC. The HC’s with level 1 Heavies are fine, like last season. The 1 key penalty node will save you 38 keys to get to RL’s. -10% GBE is nothing, you get it back instantly. However, with your damage amp, the defensive meta with maxed RL’s and a cluster base makes for battles in percentage. Those bases melt squishy troops and most attacks on those bases are 6 Grens and 3 maxed Medics with Kevan. Not a friend to non IT players though. I dropped out of 19 in 6 ER, likely because I don’t have either HC’s or RL’s. I have to make that choice tonight. Good luck to you and all.

You need 194 keys to get the HCS. DO NOT get lasers unless your Stoneheart who is the best player in the world. The have no meat shield and we have no shocks. That was experimented by Pete Minstrel on his stream Tuesday night. It did not end well and has not improved since then. So go hcs, sls, neg node, rls, dbd and then you get to choose on the multinode before 7. I get the sls today and rls tomorrow along with dbd.

I liked all the exciting Kavan action today! I fell down into 17, unlocked rifles, then got back to mid 18. A lot of growing pains at 6ER--I'm going top route because I don't want another penalty node--and I have not yet hit the nastiest stuff at 6, which is still coming. Good luck guys! 🪖

Looking good Sir. If I might make a suggestion, when using rz, prioritize arting out flotties. Saves you from having to do a second wind right after the flottie takes out half of your zookas. Also, that last attack. You could have flared all your troops towards the right ER at the start, and dropped your RC on the left ramp after the flare expires to take out that ER . Ignore all the crap in the middle.

You are doing pretty good and about the same place that I am. I am going to save up for 6ER and make sure that I can go into it with all the tools. 6ER looks like a fizzle fest and then some and no one like that much.

Your log looks good. Keep at it. I made 19 last night, still in 5 ER, still using “squishy” troops of 4 Rifles, 4 Zookas. (No RC’s, but I have Boom mines.) I might humbly suggest waiting for 6 ER with Maxed RL’s at the same time using a dirty cluster base. 6 ER is apparently a nasty fizzle meta and players aren’t enjoying it. I have the keys for 6 but will hold off for either RL’s or HC’s at the same time. Good Luck!

Rifles, Zookas and even Grens with Kevan has been . . . Meh. Mid-18 and flirting with 19. Artillery and TH will allow you to rank up. The keys are worth it in my opinion.

Go for bullit and then RCs I know you'll think it as waste of keys but It'll definitely give a boost

I'm mid 18 chest collecting for 6ER. Using 6/2 scorcher/zookas/Kava. 5ER is getting hard, but 6ER looks absolutely dreadful. Time to strap on the war helmets, guys! 🪖

I have been at 16, on my 4 acconts, for a week, just cant seem to get ahead.

Like Jonathan, I’ve the TH and Shock Blaster. My new toy for the day is maxed Art to either take out a flotty or even an ER.

I unlocked the TH at 5ER, and it was just what my scorchers needed. Somehow pushed up to mid 18 with 6/2 scorchers/zooks/Kavan. Riflemen are always great with Kavan, and I'll probably add them later. Thanks for another nice video.
