Melanie Morrissette is a Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist (helps people with muscles and joints pain), Yoga, Pilates, Aquatic, Osteofit, Older Adults, and Group Fitness Instructor. She has been nominated best instructor in 2020, 2019 and 2015 by Best Of Kelowna. Mel has been on the front cover of the Okanagan Woman Magazine (bit.ly/2W98bhY) and there is an article about her on pages 8 and 9. She also had a chance to be one of the actresses on the documentary about the Okanagan filmed with the popular Canadian actress Karine Vanasse (bit.ly/2W80bgZ). She has been invited to speak on the radio and Podcasts; she has been published in different newspapers and other websites such as In Focus, Straight form Dehart, and Radio-Canada.
Mel is a very active gal. Physical fitness is her passion, and she looks forward to share that passion with you.     We use this video in the assisted-living facility I live in, and having seen this numerous times now I've come to notice certain little things. For one thing, I wonder if the lady in pink was a dancer in her younger days, since she really gets into the macarena--moving her hips in rhythm and such.
