So that train to temple runs daily? About what time in the evening usually and are there an easy bound and west bound daily?

My son works for Union Pacific as a conductor and there are old engineers he works with that were SP guys that used to traverse on the Bellaire Branch. My son works out of Smithville and travels on the BNSF Galveston sub often. He says you can see where the SP Bellaire branch once crossed over at the interlocker in Wallis, TX. Something else thats cool about Eagle lake is the Santa Fe "Cane Belt" branch. there was an interlocker at Eagle lake as well for it. A line build in 1904 for transporting Sugar Cane from Sealy to Matagorda. Thats what that industrial lead south of town once was.

Once you know these are SP units you can't unsee the snowplow Still it makes for a beautiful consist, and I love the Warbonnet scheme, I don't think SP themselves would even mind as they always had a friendly working relationship with ATSF.
