This is a quick and easy recipe that is a crowd pleaser in our home! Just: 2 cans of green beans 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 2 eggs Handful of cheese (optional) And puff pastry cut into squares Simply mix your casserole then pour onto of the puff pastry squares in your muffin tin. @@miriamgollnick9028so when coming through customs they won’t allow certain things. That’s a good point! But domestic flights food is fine 😊

I make something similar with a little 0 fat Greek yogurt mixed with the cream cheese for more protein: I’ll occasionally use a egg wrap instead of a flatbread or wrap just to double the portion for the same calories.

#wieiad BREAKFAST & LUNCH edition with Kurt, my 8mo baby 🥰 Screen shot, SAVE, or share with a mama who might find this helpful! Please keep in mind this is purely for inspiration to show how some of the foods you eat can double as foods for your baby. Take what might be helpful and feel free to leave the rest! 7am - start our day with his bottle and my coffee while I pump. 8:30am- I had a bowl of cereal with oat milk, and Kurt had mashed banana and blueberries. I added both to my cereal. I then gave Kurt some sliced apples, dipped in yogurt to chew on so I had more time to finish my coffee and breakfast. 9:15 Start nap 1 11am bottle for Kurt and water/ half caf coffee for mou! 12:30pm Lunch time- I made a big fresh salad and bean and cheese quesadilla on a whole-grain tortilla for myself. I gave Kurt some of the pepper slices and apples to chew on, he also had a bowl of baby cereal, mixed with breastmilk and some fresh mashed banana. When he finished, all of that, I gave him some yogurt melts to buy me some time to do the dishes. 1 cup cooked quinoa 1/4th cup nut butter 2 tbsp almond flour or powdered peanut butter Dash of agave (optional) 1/4th cup melted chocolate chips Sea salt for topping Directions: mix the cooked quinoa with peanut butter and almond flour until it forms a dough. Place on wax paper, and flatten. Top with melted chocolate and sea salt, then place in the freezer until it sets. Pro tip- because the quinoa contains some water. I like to let it thaw for a few minutes before eating so it’s not too hard. You can store this in the freezer or the fridge for a tasty breakfast, snack, or dessert. I also love this for new Moms as it’s an easy thing to eat with one hand. 🙋🏻♀️

I grind up my oats and add a spoonful of flour when making spiced oatmeal cookies (no icing, too sweet for me, though i am heavy handed with the molasses). It turns a traditionally chewy cookie into a soft and fluffy one, its absolutely amazing.
