Of course you can! Honestly, just life! I had a lot going on and just kept going less and less then at one point I just completely stopped going. Then even when I would think about going back I would get anxiety overthinking about not knowing what to do, not being able to be consistent so just not going at all, or the gym being too crowded at the times I could go, amongst other things. Basically got too busy and then got too in my head about restarting.
So proud of you. Get it Roman! Love that scratch out one day, and check off day one!!!!

That’s fair! I grew up in the Midwest where we would do 8-9 hour weekend road trips so as an adult I’m like I could spend that time on a plane and be in a different country in that same amount of time 😂
@ the farthest we would go for a weekend in florida was 3-4 hours. 7 hours for 5 days and even that was a lot but you’re right i could’ve been in another country for that 😂

Thank you sooo much!! I recorded these vlogs in 1080p 60fps and in normal color. I plan to play around with dlog in the future. I then used the auto adjust, color adjust, and clarity edit feature in CapCut and adjusted those to my liking. I will try to make into a shorts or video but that’s what I did! 🥰
