@@DynamicDuo795 I don’t know about all that 😂
Whatever camera you use alongside your obvious skill with it, produce absolutely awesome videos! Found your channel a week ago and love everything you've put out.
Glad you enjoy! All of this was shot on a LUMIX S5. Stay tuned for more…
They do know there is 2 whistles right
Been there a number of times... Have never witnessed a double header thanks for posting!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Que hermosura de tren y paisaje
Awesome video, these were some spectacular shots! After reading the video description, I have a question. How did you avoid tress-passing filming these locations? Were you guys following hiking trails when you say it took two hikes?
@@RomansTWREmpire with special permission from the railroad you can stay on their property which extends a few feet from either side of the tracks. Then all you have to do is follow the tracks until you get to public land that’s ordinarily unaccessible...
We need more steam
3:11 - 3:32 Damn! The sound of rain, thunder, and a distant Reading hooter is genuinely *EERIE* and I am completely here for it!
@@tobinrowe9558 I’m glad you enjoyed!
My friend loves trains!
I'm surprised this video hasnt blown up. These are pretty much the best shots you could have gotten.
@@DeluTheAvali I appreciate that! Unfortunately we are in the TH-cam algorithm dungeon right now… I know a couple other creators putting out better content than I am with similar results.
This is beautifully done; I rode behind 2102 when she was dressed up for the occasion of the D&H's 150th anniversary and then as now, she and her siblings (I also rode behing 2124 during the original Reading Rambles) are best of class, original and unique steamers. You have employed some terrific storytelling elements including the colorist's art which puts us into a brilliant space that is not quite contemporary and not quite in the past; it's magical. I love your mastery of field that focuses (literally) our attention on the crescendo of the locomotive's journey into our field of view and the artful edits that help us to understand the power and temporal nature of a runby. Well done!
@@douglas7046 Glad you enjoyed! More coming soon!
Railroading at its finest. The photography is exquisite and very professional also. In a pinon pine nutshell, nonpariel, sir.
@@glennfoster2423 Glad you enjoyed, stay tuned for more coming soon!
Amazing job on this video! The cinematography is incredible, and an inspiration to me. Eventually I hope to achieve this level of quality in my own videos. Thank you for sharing, and God bless.
@@thetraintracker Glad you enjoyed, I dropped you a sub so I’m hoping to see that growth!
@@PistonRodProductions Wow, thanks so much! I really appreciate it.
Story well told - thank you. I rode the original Rambles in the 1960's as a kid!

❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Nice video.
Its not CPKC 2816 its CP 2816 get it right
Technically, he's not wrong either.
Nothing better to wake up to in the A.M. than a steam whistle!!😅
Amen
Wish I could hear the sounds over the music
In addition to great camera work, the audio quality is amazing! You managed to block out all background background noise and get sharp audio quality of just the locomotive. The whistle echoes and stack talk are superb. What a great video!
Thank you, I appreciate the support and I’m glad you liked the video! More to come soon!!
This is recent?? Awesome!😊😊😊
This past Saturday!
Banger
Hearing that echo at lake Hauto at 3:30 in the video was incredible! One of my favorite spots to catch trains do to that nice echo through the valley!
Glad you enjoyed the video!
Nice!
Did this bro just casually drop a cinema grade banger for free? What're your settings?

I love the steam powered trains and also the steam tractors, they were an engineering genius
I really like this train it has the caboose included the caboose was an important thing in train history and they should be included
You and your friends can rent them out for $800 for a two way trip!
A freaking marvel of power, Engineering Steam...
Absolutely!
My grandpa used to swear by these steam engines, and always said it was a mistake to do away with them.
Luckily it seems at least here in the United States we have 1 or 2 newly restored locomotives. More and more every year!
Thats a big mother
That’s a piece of art and I hope it never dies

Trains
I can confirm
That's a real machine.
