In accordance with U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Publication 1075 training requirements, the following video is provided for all personnel. These videos provide security awareness for access and handling of data and information systems that contain Federal Tax Information (FTI). The Department is required to assure that all personnel understand what information is considered FTI and how it should be handled and secured. All Staff, Contractor, and any third-party personnel who are provisioned and authorized to access the systems, resources, infrastructure and facilities, and work spaces are required to watch these videos annually (as it may change from time to time).
