The first half is a bit confusing since you are showing the veena from the top. Also, I don't know why you did not suggest the tanpura as a good source of identifying shadjam. The second half is good.

Dear Mala, I now observe a lot of changes in my playing the veena. After I started viewing your videos I concentrate more on the sahithyam and trying to play accordingly. Could not make very fast improvement because of my advanced age but very happy to hear my geethams and varnams which were flat in the start. Hope to improve some more with your tutorial videos. Hello, mam . I need your help I used to play an old veena, which was discarded by my friends family as their family member died who used to play it . Everything was going well until I decided to clean it , I removed the thalam bridge and cleaned it and tried to place it again, but due to the wrong placement of the thalam bridge, my thalam strings sound noisy . I have been trying to solve this issue for weeks, but the condition is the same . I am not even in contact with mu guru . Can you help in some way ? Thank you
