As simple as the instructions appear to be, I found that turning the ears, legs and arms inside out was very challenging and somewhat difficult and I’d bet that Holly needed quite a bit of help with that. Once I completed it, she was adorable.

Excellent video. I love your construction tips, especially for topstitching the seams, collar application and trying on the robe *before* deciding on pocket placement. I just found your channel this week and subscribed. I love your videos! I have sewn most my life. My career kept me busy then I got back to sewing now that I am retired, starting with masks, during the pandemic. I like how you sew correctly. I’m a perfectionist, myself. I have a Liberty jersey that I think would sew up lovely as a Kielo. I love yours in that beautiful daisy fabric ❤️

I have just found this sewalong after ordering my pattern after seeing Rachel in the French Seams make a beautiful version. I am terrified of a burrito yoke but you made it look so simple, thank you! I think you should upsize on your next Farrah, you need just a little bit more room, especially for a summer make. Thanks for explaining the high bust, etc!

So has it sewn up smaller than the finished pattern measurement? Yours (size L) should measure 46” but it didn’t look like you had that much ease.

Thank you so much. ❤❤❤ I've made a couple of these and always found the way of attaching the collar as per the pattern instructions difficult. This way is so much faster and easier, even for non-bulky fabrics. I'm so glad I found your video. 🙏 By the way, my Finnish friend Teija says to try to pronounce "Lahja" as "la-ch-EE-ya" with the "ch" like the way the Scots say it in "loch" and the emphasis on the "EE". I'm not sure if that helps or not but she was delighted to teach me. 😁 Thanks again, Deb. x
