Love some of the little mechanical features of this vehicle great work 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽😁🔥🔥
Wow very nice build I'm wanting to build something similar ebay and Amazon are selling a 44 inch axle but they have a 530 chain and the 30 and 40 series tourqe converter only run 420 chain not sure how to get a 530 sprocket on one of those tourqe converters what chain size are you running
I use a 420 chain and 500 series torque converter. Good luck with your build.
Thank you for sharing great 👍
Great Work!!!!
I think you did a great job here, Brian. Could you tell us the length and width you used?
122 inches long. 44 inches wide. Wheel base is 80 inches.
Love your design
Awesome inspired
Oh yes! Thank you for sharing, appreciated. A tightly held tooth is so much easier to file and get consistency. The perfect flat horizontal can make lowering depth gauges more accurate. (addition: Cam locks will make clamping tight and loosening much quicker. An upgrade if you think it worth the expense and time.) Cheers sincerely d
Thank you Brian, very useful tips indeed, I wonder if different types of wood might require different temperatures or if one size fits all. By the way, very nice vase you turned 👍
This is some incredible engineering. Ive never been so impressed by something. Well done Brian!
I like watching this video. I like to build one. Can you tell me what the measurements for frame so I can build a utv.
I have been searching for a way to sharpen my rope chainsaw. This is the way. Thank you.
pretty epic locker set up
My family's original name was the same as yours Changed upon arrival here in the states . It was changed to Dello and D'Lilo
Were they from Naples?
@@briandelillo3614 I'm going to look into . I think it's interesting
Nice!
Could draw plans or tell us how u built it thx man
Nice sharpening jig. We shared this video on our homemade tools forum this week :)
Thats brilliant i love the axel lock
That Axle Lock is Smart you can't buy a decent utv side by side for the price
good stuff. thanks for the axle lock idea
Nice job! I like the locking differential. Very cool build!
Brian, you are a Man...of many Chainsaws!
Thanks for sharing! I am looking for a website for parts, where did you buy yours?
The motor was from Harbor Frt. The tires and wheels and most of the other components were from BMI Karts. The 1-1/2" square and round 14 gauge steel tubing I purchased though my work place. The Rack and pinion steering unit was from a place called Desert Karts.
How much did materials cost? Thanks
I'm 15 and can't afford to buy one, so I want to make one like you did. Any advice?
get a 220 volt mig welder n if your people own their home a 220 volt out let is easy to diy get a dead 4x4 bomnbardier atv quest is a monster but any is a good thing to get parts make sure its front is 2 a arm suspension .i like it best my polaris is strut like a car but can work ..k.i.s.s method keep it simple stupid..i have to remind my self all the time of that stuff ...be blessed n finish it if you start
That dog clutch for the rear axle lock is brilliant. Kiss solution. Using bolts (look like wheel studs in a hub?) and nuts as the dogs to transfer the power makes sense. If you have seen this two speed transmission before your solution would make the engagement work better. Rather than a second speed this would be great for having a forward and reverse gear. www.thepixelpump.com/widdershins/how-to-2speed-transmission.php
Awesome....im starting to build my own too from salvaged parts. Whats the size of the metal tubing did you use for the chassis frame?
I used 1-1/2" square and 1-1/2" diameter 14 gauge tubing.
What's your next project?
Awesome man..
So could you do a how to guide as far as the engine goes
I could do that but I would need to know more specifically what you are looking for.
Thanks so much for sharing, its fantastic !!!
this is the coolest thing ever there is no plans online for something like this
