Wow very nice build I'm wanting to build something similar ebay and Amazon are selling a 44 inch axle but they have a 530 chain and the 30 and 40 series tourqe converter only run 420 chain not sure how to get a 530 sprocket on one of those tourqe converters what chain size are you running

Oh yes! Thank you for sharing, appreciated. A tightly held tooth is so much easier to file and get consistency. The perfect flat horizontal can make lowering depth gauges more accurate. (addition: Cam locks will make clamping tight and loosening much quicker. An upgrade if you think it worth the expense and time.) Cheers sincerely d

That dog clutch for the rear axle lock is brilliant. Kiss solution. Using bolts (look like wheel studs in a hub?) and nuts as the dogs to transfer the power makes sense. If you have seen this two speed transmission before your solution would make the engagement work better.
