Hi Freddy, you should look into grounding the body. I have some knowledge and understanding of electricity. Our entire body is full of low volt current. As we wear shoes for a large part of the year, we will be static. It has been known for over 10 years that if we ground the body, the body immediately comes back into balance. Do a google search and see for yourself. There are several examples of both wound healing and pain disappearing immediately after you ground yourself. There are pictures of the blood clumping in the veins. And immediately after grounding, the blood flows again as it should. Remember we are not made with shoes 😉😁 After I gained this knowledge, it became very logical to me that walking around being static causes the whole body to be out of balance. Hope you can use my information to help others. Regards, Øystein Larsen

Here's a video idea for your channel... An in-depth look at yawning. I've read that yawning can increase facial temperature, lung volume, heart rate, and causes a transient increase in sympathetic nervous system arousal. It can also indicate sleep problems, issues with medications, and problems with your nervous system. It is of interest to me because I have not been able to yawn in about 7 years!

I’m eager to try Con-Crēt to see if it will aid in my striving to get into remission..or at least, infuse some energy into my body and immune system. Hello everyone. I’ve had Ublockout now for about a month and this is my honest review with their product. PROS - The customer support team is good. They will personally call you and walk you through any issues you have with the blinds and the set up process (and there will be issues). Although they are ignoring me at the moment so maybe this will turn into a con soon. I hope not! - It’s about as close to 100% blackout as you can get. There were some tiny little slivers of light coming through but I’m fairly certain that it was just because I set it up wrong. CONS - The price is insane. I paid $1000 for two sets of blinds - The set up process is soooooo hard and takes two people, so if you don’t have a second person to help out like me, good luck. They advertise the set up process to take 45 minutes. That is so far from the truth it’s laughable. It took me SIX hours to set my blinds up, with frustrating steps taking so long to complete. Specifically the VERY FIRST STEP, taking the side covers off. This is so insanely frustrating and annoying to do and alone took me about an hour. It’s horrible and should be fixed asap. The covers in general are so ridiculously hard to put on. The top cover on one of my windows just wouldn’t go on even after a 2 hour session with customer service, so I had to settle with just leaving it off (which allowed light to come into my room). It’s not even that it’s cheaply made, it’s actually the opposite. It’s made to be locked into place which keeps light out, but it’s so WELL made that it’s almost impossible to put it on and take it off again if repairs need to be made. - If something breaks on your blinds and it’s past the return period, you’re screwed. While they might send you a new part for free, Ublockout will NOT pay for someone to come and help you fix the broken thing. Instead they will FaceTime you and try to walk you through fixing the issue. I’m no Engineer, so this stuff is really hard for me to do, especially alone! I need physical help and they simply do not offer any. Even though they have good customer service, it doesn’t matter when they won’t supply you with in-person support. The problem will only be fixed based on how skilled YOU are at actually fixing the problem with spoken instructions from Ublockout. So if you’re not good with installing and fixing stuff, good luck. The spring lock for my blinds broke, rendering the blinds completely useless, and after spending hours on video calls with them trying to fix it, I finally asked them to send me someone to help out. Ever since I asked that, I’ve been ghosted by customer support. Not sure what to do now. In conclusion, buy these blinds if you have a bunch of time on your hands to video call with customer support and fix issues with string tension, spring locks, side frames, fabric rolls, etc etc etc. If you can somehow manage to get the blinds on with no issues, they WILL work as advertised. However they might not work for long before problems start arising and you need to call customer support again. The real problem though is just getting them on in the first place. It was insanely hard for me to get mine on, and even when they were on, I still ran into several issues down the road. If Ublockout ever offers in-person support, that would be a GAME CHANGER, but until then, you are taking a huge gamble ordering these at the price they are currently at.
