If you have an elevated MCHC is this indication of lipemia? Ans would you need to do a saline replacement? Can you show how to do a saline replacement? Please and thank you
You could get an erroneous MCHC with a lipemic specimen. Yes, I can do a saline replacement video.

The cell types are actual cells from a CBC sample. You will just see a mix of those cells in the differential.

If left shift occurs during bacterial infection ( pneumonia and ear infection at the same time), does that mean the immune system is in general not so strong?

Histology is an exotic meal, but can be as repulsive as a dose of medicine for students who are obliged to study it, and little loved by doctors who have finished their study of it all too hastily. Taken compulsorily in large doses it is impossible to digest, but after repeated tastings in small draughts it becomes completely agreeable and even addictive. Whoever possesses a refined sensitivity for artistic manifestations will appreciate that, in the science of histology, there exists an inherent focus of aesthetic emotions. Thanks
