Thanks for visiting. I started this channel to share knowledge on the Holley Pro Dash and the Holley Terminator X. When I bought the Terminator and Pro Dash there didn't seem to be much documented on how to setup things like a fuel level gauge or turn signal indicators. I wanted to make it easy for people to find that information, so I titled each video what I suspected the average person might type into Google.
Over time I started adding videos of working on my 1989 Camaro, and some other things from my life. Anyways, thanks for stopping by, and I hope that you gained some value in my content.

Final Pass of 2024 at Cordova
มุมมอง 442 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
At the beginning of October @WardenMotorsports came out to Cordova to lend a hand, and the car rewarded us with two personal bests. We set both a fastest MPH and a quickest ET on two back to back passes. This is the footage from the third and final pass of the night. My goal is still out there, but it's a lot closer than it was earlier this year.

Let’s hear it.

Nice rip! Congrats on the new PB. 🤘😎
Thanks. The car is getting some pretty big changes over the winter, but we plan on coming out swinging and crushing the goals.
Nice congrats!
Thanks buddy. One day maybe I can get one of those fancy picture taker guys from LS Fest to join us.
@TrailerParkMotorsports we'll make it happen!
Glad to be a small part of the program and looking forward to new goals for 2025 season!
A lot of changes over the winter, but I plan on coming out swinging and hoping that you're there when the goals get squashed.
No thanks
It's always good to hear from you Tim. I was starting to worry about you, I hadn't seen a comment from you in a while.
sweet where does the positive side of the buttons go on a 12v source?
Do you need a transbrake input protection module such as Holley 554-128?
Thanks for watching and commenting. With the solid state relay, it is not needed. You would if you used a standard Bosch relay or had the solenoid directly wired to the ECU.
@@TrailerParkMotorsports just the answer I was looking for. Thank you
@TrailerParkMotorsports I also notice the orange wire to the relay is a heavy gauge, and the arm switch it's wired to is a small probably 16 gauge.. these arm switches aren't meant to be ground side controlled?
@@laned8418 They were intended to only be a ground trigger. Here is the link for the instructions for the NOS brand solid state relay. documents.holley.com/199r11304.pdf
Thank you for the shout out🥹
Absolutely.
Great job, i like the honest opinion of the race ramps.
I was hesitant at first, they aren't cheap, but they were worth it for me. The 2x12 ramps would have ended up even heavier to work for my car, but perhaps something that doesn't have as much front overhang would work well with the wooden ramps.
Now I want a parachute that I don’t need
Ain't nothing to it but to do it. Thanks for watching and commenting. motionraceworks.com/products/1982-92-third-gen-fbody-parachute-mount-camaro-firebird-trans-am?sca_ref=5657354.2bFxAmD5qf
Trailer looks great man. One of my next goals is to have my own trailer also soon!
Thanks, Romeo. It's been on my list for a while, I'm very glad that I picked it up. Even though it's like 8 feet longer than a uhaul trailer, this unit is lighter and pulls better. I should have pulled the trigger a long time ago.
Get the wireless winch controller. Then you can be in the car foot on brake incase your slightly down hill
That may be a winter purchase
You make the best videos man!
Thank you for the compliment as well as for watching and commenting.
Hey man, I followed the link for the #2 port (the one that comes from france) and it doesn't work. Now, I guess I didn't follow closely what you were saying, bc you were correct that it doesn't screw in, however you are using one that is working properly. Can you post a link to that one, and maybe change the one in your description. Thanks!
What a great addition to my car. Remember to like subscribe and ring the bell. @wardenmotorsports
Damn, building my first LS with boost and so so much to take in.....

What box?
@@TrailerParkMotorsports I don't remember exactly. There was some inference about me having a small penis though
Where is the A/C :-)
with a fukin lenco that's awesome
It was a very clean ride
Do you only need the sensor ground for the non Holley sensors? I have the gm ones in it and my oil pressure, fuel pressure and CTs aren’t working, rpm does work though
How did you scale the GM sensors in the dash? Inaccurate scaling will cause the sensors to read incorrectly or not at all. A 3 wire 5 volt pressure sensor needs a 5 volt power wire, a ground wire that gets wired to the chassis ground, and the signal wire that gets wired to input. A 2 wire temperature sensor uses a thermistor, one wire gets wired to the input, the other goes to the sensor ground.
@@TrailerParkMotorsports I was told with the gm ones I didn’t have to scale them. But now I’m thinking that’s what I’m going to have to do
Ein Getriebe sagt mehr als 1000 Worte 😁😁😁😁
I have a supercharger HX that has fans. would you set them to turn off like you did the trans cooler?
I would set up the fans on your heat exchange the same way that I did with my transmission cooler.
Thanks for another great video. I have a RIFE 150lb. pressure sensor in my regulator. The Terminator X handheld screen shows fuel pressure, but my Holley pro gauges do not. Could you do a video on the that please? All the other gauges work. I even figured out fuel level, blinkers and a high beam warning light...lol Thanks for teaching us non smart computer guys in a way we understand.
Thanks for doing all this for us
You're welcome, I'm glad to help.
😮
Indeed
Should the valley be sealed up completly on bossted engines?
The valley should be sealed on any application because, as I said, it is a very dirty source to ventilate from. The best place to ventilate from would be the valve covers.
Thank you for the clarification and the videos. Much appreciated!
@@nerdbiscuit You're welcome, glad to help.
Is there a way to hook up the 12.3 with the 3.5 hand held at the same time
There sure is, a CAN splitter would do the trick. The 12.3 should have a CAN splitter built-in to the end of the harness, allowing you to plug in the 3.5" handheld to the 12.3" dash and the ECU.
I just want to let you know I made the 55th view...k bye

how does locking rear brakes help you do a burnout on a rear wheel drive not a front wheel drive car? Just wondering, maybe you could tell me something I never knew
@TheMobileGamingDragRaceChannel I had set it up so that I'd be off the brakes when I engaged the line lock. Once the line lock was engaged, I'd apply the brakes and since the solenoid is on, brake pressure would only be going to the front calipers and not the rear.
do you need holly wiring
@ashad_._8113 no, you can source the terminals from other companies like Monkey Fab and use 18-20 gauge wire from anywhere.
@@TrailerParkMotorsports ok thanks i didnt really feel like re wiring the whole car
That car is not a SS 350 or 396 only no 327
👍
Where did you find the connector pins for the Pro Dash Connector?
At the time that I made this video, I was buying pre-terminated wires from Holley on Summit, part number HLY-558-420. Since then, Mike at Monkey Fab has started selling the pins and connectors for Holley stuff. There are a few other sources, but Mike is a fellow veteran, and I like to support my brother's.

Thank you for the video. I subscribed to you channel. Keep the contents coming. I do have a question regarding the IROC Z28. I too have one and am looking for some help on wiring up my turn signals and head lights to it. Can you please tell me what's the best way to go about it from the factory fuse box. Do I just take the wire that powers my lights and any other switches from the fuse box and just run it to the dash? Also I'm running a Holley HP efi system to it as well. Thank you for the insights
Thanks for watching, commenting, and subscribing. If you're looking at working on the wiring of your car, but not doing a full rewire, then I'd use the wiring diagrams from Austin's Third Gen. I saved all of the ones for my car from that website onto my laptop for easy reference. Here is the link for that website. austinthirdgen.org/thirdgen-wiring-diagrams/
If you're looking for a fresh start, I'd suggest the Leash street strip board. We have this in the OBS shop truck with the 632 in it, it makes wiring all of the lights and accessories a breeze. Here is a link for that product. www.leashelectronics.com/products/street-strip-wiring-board
This is the kind of explanation I need for things. 'This sh*t, right here" LOL Much appreciated!
You're welcome, I try to make it as simple as possible and that anyone can follow along step by step. Thanks for watching and commenting.
How/can you set caster or do you have to take it in for that?
You wouldn't necessarily need to take it into shop. On a suspension like on a third gen by plotting the lower ball joint and the upper strut mount on the parallel strings, and then determining the angle to set it correctly. It would be similar on a double a arm suspension, but with the positions of the upper and lower ball joints.
Looks like a project even I could figure out!
If you can read a tape measure, you can do an alignment.
Where do you get those little crimp on things to pin them
Thanks for watching and commenting. When I made this video, I used preterminated wires. Among other places, you can source the terminals from Monkey Fab.
