Once it is in automatic mode, how do I take it out of automatic ?
Hold your foot on the brake and either pull or push the parking brake lever (the pull/push depends on on it was originally set up. May have to try it both ways). Once it is finished the parking brake light will turn off.
@@tomfogerty8951, thanks for the reply, but I was referring to a 2020 Lexus ES with an automatic parking brake, not a vehicle with a parking brake lever.

I would call your local Lexus dealer and speak with a technology specialist. You may need to have the service department look at the vehicle if there is an issue.

It is an option from the factory. Not all Rx's have this, but it is available.

Not all NX come with memory seat. If it is equipped it will be on the drivers door.

You can just put the car in park and turn it off.

The feature you described is Lane departure assist (LDA) which will bounce you back into your lane. Lane tracing assist (LTA) is a different feature that’s paired with the Dynamic Range Cruise Control (DRCC) which will actively keep your vehicle centered in between the two lanes.
