This is Shindou Edition (Shindou = Rumble Pak) of Super Mario 64. Released in Japan. It can't do BLJ glitch. It is big difference from USA version or original Japanese version. Many stars are improvable. Something's funny (ik its Shindou but something is just ain't right.) Isn't there supposed to be a carpet that Mario stands in the middle of when entering the Wing Cap Level?
Some emulators and or plugins have trouble rendering the carpet

This TAS is so well done it’s gross. The precise timing on the jump for the bowser in the fire sea boss fight is insane. Dude had to long jump forward to keep the momentum steady to launch all the way back to bowers tail...ABSOLUTELY FREAKING NUTS. Best Mario64 TAS I’ve ever seen!!!

It's a small timesave. Basically the spiral staircase's geometry is weird and it lets Mario ledge-grab through the stairs.
