I am a Somali who used to live in old Kampala for many years it is a good neighbourhood and very save.

Bodaboda type of transport need to be regulated and the tax need to be replaced with the kayoola Ev which should also be done on planned stages hence to reduce traffic congestion in the cdb

Roads are small and the town is congested

Silicon Valley is kinda the wrong name for that area because the Silicon Valley in San Francisco does not do fraudulent businesses. It is the global center of technical innovations and home to many of the world’s largest high tech corporations. I would understand if you refer to it as such because of its Electronic and tech services but not as fraudulent.
