    I am trying to grow elder, currants, plums, and haskaps. So far, they all grow well. No berries yet, but a lot of rooted cuttings in the ground. Just trying to grow for personal use.

    I really enjoyed this video. Last fall I planted roughly 150 elderberry plants on my farm in the Northeast Kingdom. This year I have another 75 cutting I will try to plant. It would be awesome if Vermont could become know for its elderberry growers.

      Learn how to identify plants, and, how to propagate them. HINT : These things grow "in spite of us" almost.

    • @buckaroobonzai2909
      @buckaroobonzai2909 ปีที่แล้ว

      Buy a cutting or two. Put it somewhere you can keep the soil wet. Water daily at first. When it grows roots, you can take more cuttings. I just jammed sticks into the ground and ignored them most grew. Deer and rabbits will eat them. This is a problem early on.
