There is small green line in mid of screen from top to down when the machine starting and showing log in page , can you tell me how can i solve this issue

Is it normal when rapiscan 618’s conveyor belt moves a little bit back when turned on (even without any object left in the tunnel). I know this should take place when an object is stopped while scanning, but is it normal when belt is empty?

Thanks for posting this -- it saved me so much time and effort! Everything else I found online said to touch the bottom right quadrant of the touchscreen to do the hard reset and that was completely wrong for this model. I touched the left side and it worked on the first try!
