A CBT student not listening to instruction and doing what they think is right. You can't hear very well but the instructor is asking the student to slow down for the mini roundabout, this gets more urgent and intense in the instructors voice as the student is not responding to the instruction. The CBT is ended immediately and the student spoken to.
