I'm not sure how, but I managed to glitch this race. Just before restarting, when the Map loading was on screen, I hit jump, and spawned inside the building, I dashed, and I could move while the guy was monologuing. So naturally, I took the chance and booked it.

Hmmmm, I dunno. I just raced using speed boost chips and got there almost as fast as you did. I feel like you lose some time waiting for the enemies to attack you. Still, it worked!

Dress module use as 2B protagonist, but as companion, no idea.
Since evading is faster than running what you should look for is evade distance not running speed. So I equipped Evade Range Up chips up to 200% evade distance which is the cap and I beat this fucker with almost 4 sec of advantage. The technique is to speedfall with the shortsword strong attack in mid-air then press and hold R2 or whichever button you have evade on, then as soon as you see 2B/9S is going to start running, press and hold evade button again, so you're always evading.
Magnusito I think if using a Speed Boost ítem running is Faster than evading.
Maxing out Evade Distance makes you faster than Maxing Out running/movement speed. Evade cancel is a speedrun technique for a reason.
Magnusito thanks bud. Got it on first try with your advice. Had tons of evade chips and maxed it immediately.
overcloak is actually a rly good idea, but if you get a hang of advance movements you can go all the way through the middle xd
How do you get 2B's skirt off while playing 9S?
use item from ITEMS>Ket ItemS>Dress module use it! you can buy it from Emil and used when play 2B. That still skirt off while playing 9S.
or just self explode near her

pozestcom yeah you will because speedstar is a damn cheater and with out the over clock to give u a couple of secs he will beat you in the 3rd race near the end
