It has been over 4 months since any yacht update..what is the status and how soon before you get it in the water?

I know they said it didn't go under with water. But I have never seen a boat with that many electrical issues, interior and so on with just engine bay water. I wondered how bad the inside smelled when you first looked at it. And if the door imperfections might had been a sign as to the water itself. So much going on with this boat. AC blower, so many computers, relays, etc. We can only assume the previous owners were rich and did not take care of it at all. I hope you got a great deal on this boat. I truly do.

Honestly, I'd go with a different name. Maybe a nice James Bond feel name like, Goldeneye or Diamonds Are Forever. Something classy like that. I messaged you on fb with my own 40' yacht with all my modifications. I'll be renaming it as well once I am finished. I was thinking, Just Like Paradise or Must Be Paradise, from Van Halen song.

How in God's name did such an expensive vessel become so ragged out, in such a short time? A friend of mine has a 1957 Criss-Craft, 38ft. Cabin Cruiser, w/twin Detroit Diesels, and it's in wonderful operating condition, it's old, weathered, and used, but it's still usable, sturdy, and quite a good boat,! They definitely don't build them like they used to! Either way, I sincerely hope you're able to get her sorted, and back at sea where she belongs, and I pray shes gives you years of trouble free enjoyable service! God Bless

Just a sugestión unscrew the front supports of the engine use a jack to lift the engine and see if you can remove the transmission without removing the whole engine, love the work you are doing on that awsome yacht!! Did you check the alacranes reef? Greetings from Mexico!!!

get work, per usual. Question/comment. The light addition can't fold down? Are you worried about height restrictions, like when you start travelling and going under bridges, especially down ICWs.

Man my son and I wonder what happened... hes only 8 and keeps tilling me we have to find a project boat and work on it together. Boy can dream. But still makes me want to get a boat to get out one the water.... keep up the great work with your son great memories.

hello! I'm also Alex, but living in China originally from Kazakhstan. I have repair alot of staff in my life. Why you sceptical about your self, I guess for you it will ease do than looking for some one in US, you can share your question for all of us and I'm shore together we will find solutions. The yacht designer I'm not shore it is genius, same person like you and me. Just following general idea of how it should be. And here in China alot of components easy found or something similar which can be replaced.

find a blower motor out of a car or truck

Engine alignment took the cutlass and the gear seal out. It must be way off. I'd change the seal , put fresh oil in, run it, and then flush it see how it goes.

Generally those underwater lights should Not be powered on until in the water. The heat can damage them.

Just hit like 20 times. I hope it helps 😂👍🏻. Pasha better be killing it with that gelcoat. 💪
