Wood fire is the primary heating source for most of the menu items at Nico Taverna. A custom made Argentine grill from Grillworks in Northern Michigan and a handmade brick oven are both used to their full potential for vegetables, meat, seafood, pizza, baked pasta and smoking.
Hand made pasta and gnocchi round out the menu along with fresh seasonal desserts from our in house pastry chef.
A variety of beers from local breweries on tap, interesting cocktails and an extensive wine list complete the dining experience.
