I wish I could help, and im very sorry if what im about to say is boring or annoying, but just know I mean everything I say. Checklist for you :) : Please get a drink of water, get your favorite snack or dessert, switch on your TV and watch your favorite show/TH-camr or listen to music (through your airpods, headphones, etc) get comfortable in your bed put on nice and comfortable clothes and finally put your room to your liking (switch off the lights etc)

Like your video saids, I may not understand because I’m not in the same situation as you. Although, I’d like to try and understand. And based off of the content you make I’m guessing you’re in your teen years (please correct me if I’m wrong, I don’t mean any of this to be offensive). As I was saying, you shouldn’t have to deal with this. But I need to remind you, every time it rains, the sun comes out. Even if it takes days, it will show its face once again. Trust me, I don’t go through the same stuff as you, but I do know that sometimes it feels like the sun won’t show. If I may ask, do you talk to anyone about your situation? Is that anyone else that’s trying to help you? Even if there isn’t anyone physically, I can try my best. You’re not alone
