@Borschtii thank you, I never planned on it but then realized I love watching build timelapses so maybe I should lol.

If you have the spell book equipped, it should be showing up as long as you have a correct weapon. Maybe a key binding conflict? If you have discord, the Fantasy Minecraft discord is a good place you could maybe post a screenshot or two. It is always possible there is a mod issue.

felt like i should add, in the video it seems your setup was far from optimal, burst ranger double whields crossbows with netherite arrows, that would have made a big difference

Hey, thank you for the feedback. I was a bit torn with the ranger as I was intending the guide to be for a brand-new player. The ranger is a class that with some guidance from the members of the discord I realized the power of, but I didn't feel it was a "beginner friendly" class. Also, I will admit that a lot of the potential in the ranger was unknown to me when I made the video. On top of that there were some patches since I made the video that added even more bows and xbows. I think If I had made this video now this class would be higher ranked.

@witheredgolum9833 that's great, i can't wait to check it out. Maybe we can compare notes at some point. It is very overwhelming with what is out there sometimes as resources and such. I was using xbox screen recording at first until I recenty learned about OBS. It is a fun journey though, feel like I'm learning a lot.

@akirasrds spell engine is kind of the base mod, the spell books all come from other mods that use the spell engine system. The fire Mage intro was using comes from the wizards (rpg series) mod. There is also a spell blades and such and many others. All of these are found in the fabric fantasy minecraft modpack which is what I am playing

Hey thanks so much for the support. I felt entirely the same and I started looking for videos and found none so that's why I started here. I want people to have a place to go to help make it feel less confusing because once I figured it out I felt like this is such an amazing modpack.

@Borschtii i love that idea. I just started a world I intend to be a long term world. I think that's a great idea having a unique building for each class over time. Im glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for giving me the confidence to make it!

@burna5722 Hey, glad to hear it. I want to give a disclaimer here that I play solo, so take this with that in mind. I think the spell casting is too clunky for pvp, so I would likely go Ranger. The bow damage becomes insane and the agile buff makes you move crazy fast, so I imagine you would be able to keep at range fairly well. This is assuming you pvp in the open. If not, maybe the berserker with the leap ability, still pretty mobile and super high damage when in close, my berserker was rather slow though.

@ that makes so much sense because a friend of mine in the server is insanely broken with his ranger build. But i saw shields have a enchantment to reflect everything that gets hit by it so i was actually building a counter build LOL

@burna5722 i wonder how a geared out rogue would do, stealth and the pop the shadowstep and get the rear attack. The fan of blades proc can break your stealth though. I bet this modpack is a ton of fun in pvp.

@@merovech117 ITS a lot of fun, I think it has lots of potential especially once more of the Death knight rpg series gets finished. Necromancer from what i tried is Insanely powerful while running brute aswell. I kill players without even being next to them LOL

@burna5722 ahh necro is my favorite. I'm going to a tutorial series next and I'm going necro. Not going brute though although that is by far the best pairing. But nobody is trying to kill me so not as important lol

@deadmanwalking2963 thank you! Appreciate it. The revenant summons seem to last until they die but their ai is poor and they get lost easily. I have gone caving, summoned them, and left the area. I returned later and found them still there. You can also give your skellies equipment from the revenant summons, which is cool. The other issue though is that revenant summons will attack your necromancer summons for some reason.

@deadmanwalking2963 also, not to be too shameless in plugging vids here but I do have a full length necromancer tutorial with the revenant origin in fantasy minecraft 101 Playlist if you are making one.

@merovech117 i would love to see this! I instantly tried to rebuild it on our server, really beautiful! I watched all your class videos now, even if I dont play the mod, but your "class halls" are stunning.

@Borschtii well I am working on a video I already started so after that one I will do a build guide on this one. I had originally built this in a vanilla world I have on bedrock so this was my 2nd time building it. Adapted it a little bit to utilize some of the modded blocks like the 3 tall doors.

@brenokleiser3247 thanks for the feedback, I am working on adding more music in the newer videos. I believe my spellblade and rogue videos both have a lot of music. I do need to find a better source of free music though.

@brenokleiser3247 my last one! Working it now. Usually a week or so between videos but with the holidays next week it might be a little more.

@denizqmk4538 oh man, I had a great time with this class. I will say I never quite figured out the rage part so thanks for the suggestion. I'm the type who usually goes caster in games and I didn't expect to love this class as much as I did. Thanks for the mod and all the work you do.

Yeah, ya known I felt like it meant it would give the fletching table a crafting interface. I didn't think to see if it allowed me to craft just being nearby. Arrow may need a 3x3 though? Thanks for watching and glad you enjoyed.

Yeah, ammo is rough early on. Once you find a fletcher villager I never had a problem again. That hat which reduces villager prices is also clutch, I seem to find it pretty frequently raiding villages. Thanks again for watching!

Thank you for the feedback! Background music is a great idea, I will work on that for the next one. I am on the discord, I probably don't make as much use of it as I could, I tend to play the class for a week or so and then make a video with what I learn.
