I am doing the same thing but would maybe make a couple recommendations try using the jesta chest it has almost spot on truck windows on the chest looks very much like armada optimus in the very first episode as well as sturm fausts for the smoke staks they give more of the tube look as well as extra rockets which is always a bonus but very good none the less oh also i use the thruster build parts for the legs and turn them silver for optimus primes leg grates that are on a lot of his designs

I’m running a DND campaign and I have made a way to use my love for Gundam for enemy designs by making the main faction an army of magical constructs, and I’m definitely basing the 6th generation units on different Zeon and Zeon adjacent suits! (5th gen’s are all based on Gundam’s, 4th Gen’s are based on all the Ace Pilot and one off machines that are not Gundams, 3rd Gen are based on the Graze and it’s variants from IBO because I absolutely love that design for some reason).
