Dag Mark , heb je bericht over het hoofd gezien , ik hoor nu prijzen van rond de 2000,- ang per m2 . Dat wil zeggen een zwembad van 3 bij 5 bijvoorbeeld komt op ongeveer 30.000,- ang

Jan Sofat ✅ Jan thiel✅ Villa park Zuurzak ✅ Seru Boca ✅ Terrel Estate ✅ zijn de beste buurten en veiliger 💯 Coral Estate ❌= is overschat en afgelegen Blue Bay ❌ = ligt dicht bij de vervuiling van de raffinaderij Coral Estate en Blue bay zijn niet echte gesloten gemeenschappen waar dieven gemakkelijk binnen kunnen.
Dit zijn geweldige aanraders! Villapark Zuurzak is zeker een van onze favorieten en we hebben vaak woningen op dit resort. Jan Thiel and Jan Sofat ook prima aanraders! We hebben echter besloten om Coral Estate en Blue Bay op de lijst te zetten, omdat dit hotspots zijn die door toeristen worden bezocht. Er is veel vraag naar vakantieverhuur door toeristen in deze buurten omdat ze veel faciliteiten direct beschikbaar hebben (denk aan de golfbaan, restaurants, winkels, duikscholen, stranden en meer). Deze twee zijn dus een goede keuze als u wilt investeren in vakantieverhuur.
