It’s like they saw the love for jellies and crellies in the indie polish world, but then didn’t take the time to formulate them properly. To have a good sheer polish it has to be really good at self leveling and not patchy. It’s like OPI took a normal polish and added a bunch of clear base, but it already has that white pigment so it doesn’t really give you a desirable look or feel. I love sheer polishes and really wanted to like these but they don’t seem suitable for layering :/

Thank you for the review. It is very useful , so i will choose very carefully what i will buy. I did not remember the names, but there are a few , 3 , I would consider buying, the ones more opaque. I don't like them so sheer and transparent. Only a little bit more opaque they would have been perfect.

As a Pro- tip; most of these sheer polishes, you can use them as a topper to change the tone of another color. You'd be surprised at the variations of exciting colors you can create! I've been using Infinite Shine in my nail Spa since they came out and OPI traditiinal polish since 1989. Have fun! Hopefully this will help your review sales....Thank you

Great swaches! thank you! I think I'm going to get 'Time will pastel'. I would prefer it though if it had golden flecks in it instead of that silver shifting blue shimer and it was a bit more opaque.

I love sheer shimmers and glitters, but I feel like this collection is pretty boring. I like a few of them, but I’m not itching to go out and buy any of them.

I am very surprised that they did this collection, because majority of people don't like polishes like this. I love sheer polish with or without shimmers, so I feel personally targeted here and I will probably pick something up 😊

I maybe like the colors of half of these but they seem a bit streaky. I wonder how it would look and perform being a topper over a similar color.

Love your videos, do not like these polishes!! Well, I have been collecting so many for so long, I have a dupe for every one! LOL But even so, they are kind of boring, maybe because they are so sheer. I miss the old OPI when they highlighted different countries and had beautiful cremes! I can see using these over a matching creme. There are a few I would purchase for that use.

This is why I dislike spring so much. Aside from allergies and wet, muddy, chilly weather in PA we get the same boring pastels for polish. My least favorite colors of all time.

Hey pretty lady! I haven't been watching any nail polish content because my nails have been through 👏🏿it👏🏿😂(low iron!)!! But they are flourishing again and the whites are blinding white😮😂 ive only been throwing on a sheer polish. If this collection doesn't yell springtime, I don't know what does. Most holo polishes are like this but they build up to a better brilliance. Thanks for reviewing and putting in the work for us💜

I love the color palette of these polishes but over the past few years I've just started to really dislike flakies and glitter in my polishes for some reason - I think it's the texture. I'm curious to see the regular OPI line from this collection - those look more like micro-shimmers rather than glitters? We'll see! I do like the light blues and greens the best out of these for sure. 🥰

Another Fails from @Opi I don't know who is the one that tell her since 3 years now the collections are really awful and is my favorite brand, but I do not enjoy it anymore and I have more that 300 bottles is so sad, but this collection is terrible.

It’s as if they had one creative meeting and said ‘let’s do all the colours that we do every spring and summer but this time we’ll make the, sheer and put a different glitter in them’ meeting over job done!! Appalling OPI, SORT IT OUT!!!!

This collection is just dreadful. Why would they think we want to do 3 coats and for it still to be patchy. OPI have been failing for the past few years and this is just the final nail in the coffin for me

Whilst I love your videos I think these colours are horrible.

Maybe it's because I've become a bit of a snob when it comes to glitters or flakies since I've been mostly an indie polish lover now and moved on from most mainstream polish brands but there's just something about the shimmer they use here that aren't really appealing. The color story isn't bad (granted pastels for spring isn't exactly exciting imo lol) and perhaps this is more for people who want something outside of the usual pastel cremes that are so commonly put out at this time of year. They are more "work appropriate" as well, slightly jazzed up soft color options that won't catch the most attention and can look decent as a wash of color when put on in one or 2 coats (or as a topper even!). It's a pass for me, but thanks for the vid!

I dislike this collection. It’s just too sheer and patchy. Which is such a shame, because I do enjoy the large particle shimmer.

First of all thank you for the video. I've never understood the purpose of sheers when most people build them to opacity anyway Edit: surprisingly I like dreamsicle the best. I wish I could wear orange but I'm cool toned. If there's any color I can't wear it's oranges

Nice video! Personally, I don't like any of them enough to purchase. I agree with the comments saying what is with all the sheer polishes lately.. I don't get it either. Maybe that's the trend right now? Personally, if I did purchase any of them, i would layer them over a polish thats similar in color. But thats just me

These are an easy pass for me. So patchy, even with your careful floating application. And the color descriptors are not accurate. OPI used to be consistently top quality. Ever since they strayed away from the travel/destination themed collections they have gone downhill. For the price they charge they should not be so bad.

Interesting. I don’t hate the light shimmers. They are nice for warmer weather. My favorites were the darker blue, the purple and the mint!

From Head to Doze, Teals Familiar Sneak a Pink, Time Will Pink, Suzi’s Pedicure Throne, Where Time Stuns Still, Glossed in Your Thoughts, Living the Fantasy, I like sheer polishes. I often wear just toppers (usually just one or two coats) on my nails as a palette cleanser. So, I am okay with this collection (I may be the only one-ha!). Thank you always for the swatches and comparisons. I love seeing you out and about in Seattle with Lola! There are a couple of pretty colors here but all too sheer and all shimmer - easy pass for me. I really miss the old OPI collections. When I buy OPI these days I m usually buying their older polishes. I am a creme girl with the occasional specialty finish so recent collections have left me mostly underwhelmed.

What's happening with OPI? These polishes are not good. They're doing way too many shimmers and metalics lately. What about the creme lovers. However, your videos are excellent.
