I followed this but I'm still one buried satchel shy of the achievement. Is there one more out there? Edit: I found the missing one. In the Azure Span there's a small island off the coast of the Azure Archives. Go to the snowy half and to the left side there are a group of 3 snowmen. Use the torch of Pyreth and one of the snowmen melt, revealing the dirt pile.
