Hi, i have mussle cramp on my left calve but after I took the "Nature's Way High Strength Magnesium 600mg" it's disppear, since it is 600mg, how long should i use it for? can you recommend the one with the daily recommend amount? Thanks
I just had a look and that particular one has 320mg elemental magnesium so it’s fine to take daily
@@EviePharmacist Thank you for quick respond Merry Christmas to you and your fmaily :)
Hi Thanks for the information, the "Swisse Zinc+" has 25mg, is this ok to take it daily?
Yes, absolutely 👍
@@EviePharmacist Thank you :)

Do you mind explaining the difference between the percentage of procyanidins? For example the supplement i was taking is 60mg of pycnogenol with content of 400mg french maritime pine bark extract which has 60% procyanidins is that still good?
Since all Pycnogenol is standardised to 65-75% of procyanidins you wouldn’t need to worry about the %. That’s the benefit of taking Pycnogenol which is a proprietary extract as opposed to just pine bark extract which could vary in % a lot. And a lot of studies used actual pycnogenol. You just need to focus on the mg of pycnogenol in this case.
@ is there any difference with the efficacy the higher the procyanidins percentage is?
Taking magnesium glycinate 160-400mg since 8 months. I started taking for migranes. Also ordered coQ10 ubiquinol supplements. Will take 100mg every day for 4 months.
Has magnesium improved the migraines for you?
@EviePharmacist yes, it's not that frequent now. I also have tinnitus. So i get headaches because of that too. I started with magnesium, vitamin d3, vitamin b12, other b complex. Today I got my CoQ10 supplements delivered. I will start that from tomorrow. I visited 3-4 docs for tinnitus but didn't got any good response. I think i need to manage it by exercise, good diet, sleep and good quality supplements.
@@EviePharmacist yes frequency got reduced. I also take b-complex and D3
Sounds like a good combo of supplements!
People clicked for knowledge ❌️ People clicked for beauty and voice ✅️
As long as they click and hopefully get something useful out of it 😀
@EviePharmacist true 🥴
I take between 5-7 grams of magnesium glycinate per day, and have been for a couple of years. Looks like that’s around 900-1250 mg of elemental magnesium. I need this much to be able to sleep and not have palpitations. It can send me to the bathroom if I take too much at once, so I usually take half in the afternoon and half at night.
Evie ❤
😃
@EviePharmacist my beautiful girl of my dreams
I think I developed lots of adhesions with pelvic surgery and what the doctor did while awake during a miscarriage due to too much bleeding. I'm trying lots of massage and considering this too
As long as you don’t have any contraindications it’s definitely worth a try as well as massage. The other one to also consider is serrapeptase
Today at a pharmacy store, my 75 year old uncle saw only Ubidecarenone and he has a heart disease. His Dr has told him to prepare for heart surgery ( pace maker) although he isn't yet ready for it. Could we still purchase it ?
There is some evidence that taking coq10 before heart surgery can actually help reduce risk of complications such as arrhythmias. The only precaution is if he is on blood thinners such as warfarin as it can interfere. Always good to check with his Dr first though!
@EviePharmacist Thank u for ur reply.
@@EviePharmacist Assuming his Dr agrees, should we still procure d ubidecarenone or should we still keep searching for Ubiquinol, because d Pharmacy stores we've been to only have Either Ubiquinone or Ubidecarenone?
I take 500 mg magnesium citrate everyday and never got a problem with it. My bloodwork is perfect. It also depends on how much stress you have I think.
yeah stress can kill
Is that 500mg elemental magnesium or 500mg magnesium citrate? But for sure some people take higher doses and don’t get any side effects
Stress causes so many health problems!
One day I take 500mg I felted difficult to breath and pain near my heart.. is that too much for women 50 Lb ?
50 Lb = 22 Kg Girl, you weigh as much as a 3 to 4 year old child. I hope you're just really short 0_o And if so, then yeah. You should probably half that dosage or less. Just for comparison. The average woman weighs about 150 Lb
Just to confirm you did mean 50Lb or was this a mistake? In general a once off oral dose of 500mg wouldn’t usually cause these symptoms in an adult
@EviePharmacist Woops, I mean I weight 51kg of body weight. I take 500mg.. it says Magnesium Glycinate 500mg (70mg of Elemental Magnesium) wonder what It means? About 45 mints later I felt those symtoms..Thank you for answers🙏🏼🩷
Do you take magnesium? Have you ever experienced symptoms of too much magnesium?
Wonder what type of magnesium?
Any well absorbed form should be fine eg. Glycinate, chelate, citrate etc
My doctor would rather hand out a cocktail of pills ..hes never heard of nato ..secrets they dont want you to know
Take Nattokinase 8000 - 12000FU/D + K2 Menakinona + Magnesium 500mg during 1 year to destroy Atherosclerosis. Bye.
Tq, the best explain Coq10 video by far🫶🫶❤
why you so cute doc ...🥰🥰
😅
Where did we buy that kind of suplement?
You can buy them most places! Pharmacy, online etc.
The answer yes. My wife has multiple herniated discs and takes related medications. These help, but not as much as desired. PEA adds a significant pain reduction and mood boost, taking improving her time in a positive frame from %20 without, to about %80 with PEA.
That’s so great to hear! 😃
Tried 600mg and 1200mg for 3 months. No effects. Actually Lame Acid for me.
That’s a shame. It sounds like you gave it a good chance too
Anyone tried this awesome antioxidant yet?
Hey my love I haven't tried it yet I just watch your videos to see your beautiful face and hear your sweet voice
Yes. R-alpha is slightly better.

@@EviePharmacist my little freak
Hello again, Evie- I stopped taking my blood thinner (Eliquis...5mg tab, twice daily) yesterday, so I'm ready to start taking my Doctor's Best Nattokinase 2,000 FUs supplement. I'm still taking a diuretic (Lasix...40mg tab, once a day in am.). Question: Because I have a mildly enlarged heart...Cardiomegaly...MILD; cause, unknown, may I immediately start with Nattokinase 8,000 FUs a day? I plan to take 4,000 FUs in the morning, and 4,000 FUs at night. Is that O.K.? Please advise. Thank you.
Hi Dennis, I don’t see a problem with this as I’m assuming it has been over 30 hours since you stopped Eliquis. Though I can’t really give you advice specifically on your condition as you would need to speak to your Dr. Best of luck 🙂
My zinc supplement has 35 mg an 3 mg of copper.. I take it 3x weekly or 4 x
Sounds good!!!! 👌
@@EviePharmacistactually my zinc is made up of 3 different versions and the dosage is 15 mg zinc An it has 3 mg of copper.. is it safe to use a small amount of copper?
@justineandserena yes definitely! It’s a good idea to take a small amount of copper with zinc to prevent deficiencies
@ ok I think I got ahead of myself with alll this copper toxicity hysteria.. an thought 3 mg will increase chances.. I only get 1-3 mg of copper from my whole foods at most.. It likely take allot more to be copper toxic

Sweet! I may up my dose a little bit then 😎
Awesome!
Who would you rather watch, that quack Dr Berg or a super cute pharmacist like Evie? ❤😍
🤩
I’m thinking of taking 30mg zinc everyday as I go to gym everyday for some months and then cycle on and off can I do it without copper
It depends how long you plan to take it for and how long you cycle on/off for. If longer term it may be a good idea you take ~2mg copper whilst taking zinc to prevent copper deficiency. There’s really no hard and fast rule though 🙂
Found a supplement contains three different types of zinc with total 115 mg plus vit b6. What do you think? Is it safe?
Is that total elemental zinc?
@@EviePharmacist no. And what's the benefit if we take zinc with vit b6?
Can i take advil with ashwagandha?
Yes this should be fine 🙂
@@EviePharmacist thank you so much.
What about love bites😂

How can i get rid of this permanently any solution because every year in Winter Season i suffer from this😢 and unfortunately it's to painful
Unfortunately some people are more prone and a lot of it has to do with ongoing prevention and maintenance when the Winter season hits. You could start taking some vitamins to help improve circulation before and during the winter season such as fish oil and vitamin B3 🙂
Is there any place were therapeutic natto kinase is used by patients with aortic arch dissection and valve replacement? In stead of Warfarin? I really need a prostate supplement that works, but every video I watch, they have a different top 5. Pretty frustrating!!! :(
I think it’s a good there are many options coz everyone responds differently! Just like how there are so many blood pressure medications on the market and sometimes you have to try a few before you find the one that suits you
@@EviePharmacist Thank you very much for your reply. I beg to differ a little though. Medications are tested and approved, so you know they have an amount of effectiveness, no matter the maker. The FDA does not test or approve supplements and there have been no long term studies done on any of them. Anyone can start a business selling supplements, but that doesn't necessarily mean they will be effective for anyone.
@@EviePharmacist I've been taking the same prostate supplement for 2 weeks now and not a single change. I would try a different brand, but they all have mostly the same ingredients. I don't know what to do other then see a doctor. :(
Yes it’s true we can’t trust all supplement brands. I would usually give supplements about 1-2 months to see if they work. In saying that, sometimes it’s not good to suffer too much it might be worth seeing your Dr
@@EviePharmacist Only been a couple weeks. I will see how a month or 2 goes. Thank you so much for your insight!
