Oumar Messela The first WAS in San Jose, but it's not this one. If you are local(or a diehard fan), the one on Kooser Road is the second and the currently oldest operating. This is the one on Tully Road, and it's very large and has a large Chuck E statue outside. It's the largest CEC in the US..The very first was what is now the Santana Row mall - that location closed in 1985.

@Stalkerowen This isn't the first CEC, the now extinct Winchester Boulevard was. The Kooser store is the oldest in the chain.
