TRAIN CHASERS is a Rail Enthusiast group in the United States that chase trains for pictures and videos of past & present day trains such as ( Old Classic Steam Engines, past and present day Diesels, Heritage Units & Special Interest trains ).
Model Railroad Adventures on the N&W Roanoke Division
This video is about the N&W Roanoke Division Model Railroad with their upgraded steam locomotives and their test runs on the layout. The locomotives were made by Broadway Limited Imports with Paragon Sound for DCC & Sound. the locomotives are being upgraded with ESU Loksound V5 decoders with the N&W Y6b sound files along with a TCS Motherboard that carries a Keep Alive for a 3 to 5 second run on dirty / dead track. Speakers are being upgraded as well with Scale Sound System speakers for better HD sound quality. The railroad is themed as the Norfolk & Western in the year of 1954 when steam was still the dominant locomotive on the railroad. The only locomotive that is modern in this video is the N&W #611 with the ( Spirit Of Roanoke ) decals under the cab windows. Mr. Gregg Langston purchased the N&W 611 from Mikes Train House several years ago and is now being ran and maintained by his son Brandon. Brandon has upgraded the locomotive from 3.0 Proto Sound to ESU Loksound V5 along with a TCS Motherboard with a Keep Alive for better preference along with some Scale Sound System speakers for better sound quality.

I was thinking that by the title, yall had railfaned the Birmingham terminal? You did, but ya didn't. Lol! The video was great. The intro was killer, but i gotta say, once you've seen a long entermodal train (box after plain box), it's hard to stay awake. Just an opinion, and i will watch your content again. Thank you for sharing
The railroad calls it Birmingham Terminal between Irondale and Bessemer and it's the AGS South District as well starting from Irondale to Meridian.

For us rail fans in NJ, it is very hard to get 1065.
It took us a long time to get it when we were after it!

How many people do you have that "work" for you because I was watching a few of your older videos and there were different people in them?
These people don't work in this group, these people join our group too chase trains and have fun with the hobby. Some people had to leave for more important things in life and sometimes we get new people that like too join us on adventures
